Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Please note that slight variations in color, appearance, or finish may occur as each piece is individually crafted.
